Raoul Joubran, M.D., brings not only extensive experience in diagnosing and treating conditions related to the digestive system, but also almost 20 years as a facility leader and director. After completing medical residencies in 1997, Dr. Joubran went on to complete many years of specialized training, focusing on advanced diagnostic and treatment procedures. With a Master of Science in business administration, Dr. Joubran now serves as the director for Gastroenterology Associates (Casper, WY), president and CEO of Center for Surgical Excellence (Gillette, WY) and president of Sweetwater Surgery Center (Rock Springs, WY).
